Meet the Halverson-Siiter clan. We are a rag tag family of musicians, nerds, and, above all, food lovers. While 17 years of life together has taken us down many different paths, a unifying dream has persisted of running our own restaurant, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to be realizing that dream in 2025!

Eric has spent the majority of his working life in kitchens, learning from many experienced chefs in the Twin Cities and building lifelong friendships along the way. Eric brings his attention to detail and creativity to every dish he creates.

Jessie has seen every aspect of the food industry, from service to administration, she knows the ins and outs of what it takes to run a restaurant. Her passion is for guest experiences, and can’t wait to bring fun and elegance to Ledger & Ladle dining.
